The Lotus

Image your self seated in the lotus position, beyond time. In your vision appears an hourglass, its sands reflect a glowing light of source. The hourglass rotates, and the golden light flows. As the sands flow through the hourglass, so flows your mind into the etheric realm, slowly shifting your vision.

You sit within an infinite plane, around you extends infinity. From the heart center, a white light emanates, extending into four points that form a square around you. Four cardinal points. Again, from the center, lines extends above, and below, and form points in infinity.

You sense around you a form. The cardinal points connect above and below, forming two pyramids. This is a primal stage of creation. As the pyramids shift, and settle, they join into sacred space, merging upper worlds, with the lower. You are the Center.

In your mental image a temple forms. This is your inner temple. It is a place to heal, and commune with the ancients. This temple may take any form you choose, and the structure will form itself from your own sacred energies. Allow it to coalesce from Your Higher Mind.

Take as much time as you like exploring your temple, allow your creative mind to expand your space in any way you like. In this space you may invite higher mind, in whatever form is most appropriate for you. It is recommended you create a sacred space in your temple for communing with higher mind, and a space to open to the integration of Your Higher Mind into your own Being. Allow this merging, as you feel appropriate.

As you are ready, image yourself again in the lotus position, floating in infinite space, Feel and sense the connection to this space, it is always available. As you are ready, allow the hourglass to rotate, the golden light flowing upward now, bringing with it your waking consciousness into the waking world.
